OPTIMIZATION IN GOD'S KINGDOM

Optimization For And With The King

St. Matthew 14:19-21 "And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.

And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children."

Optimization is the concept of setting a system to minimize waste and increase chances of success. When a family is always throwing away food in the waste bin and not looking for ways to use the excess either for itself or for others, optimization is not put to work. When an organization is not looking for better ways to save time and not finding cheaper ways of getting things done, it is not optimizing. God loves for His people to optimize.

No one is richer than God yet it is His pattern to optimize His operations. In times of ignorance, God overlook but learning helps us to find ways to reduce waste. All men God used effectively, found ways to optimize. Just studying their lives, you cannot but see optimization clearly displayed. Jesus was one with a high degree of the display of optimization. An example can be seen in Matthew 14: 19-21. The situation arose when the people he taught were hungry and the only available food to feed them was "...five loaves, and the two fishes, ...". Just imagine feeding five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fish. It is like giving a thousand people one loaf of bread. The people were hungry and a pinch of bread will do them nothing. With God, it was possible. This is optimization put into play. Taking little to do much is optimization. How did Jesus did it? He:

"... looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude."

Jesus looking up to heaven is simply praying and having faith that the little available, God can use for His glory. If we say that prayer is important for the sake of optimization, we are not wrong. However, prayer must be mixed with faith. Jesus clearly lived an optimal life. Within three years of his life, he did what many could not do in thirty years. Take note, when Jesus fed the five thousand, everyone ate to satisfaction

"And they did all eat, and were filled:.."

So we cannot say that each got a  pinch of the bread and fish. If hungry people eat to the full, know that it must have been a miracle. Another thing to note is that there is leftover. What is even amazing is that the leftover is much more than the starting quantity of bread and fish.

"...and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full."

Twelve baskets full is by far more than five loaves and two fishes. This is a miracle. It can be possible in your life. Living a life of faith and prayer is the key in this case. This is 'Hiper Optimization'.  It is possible with God and trusting God will make it possible in your life..

Some will be tempted to say, "Well, I have more than enough money to waste". One thing important to note is that no man is richer than God yet optimization is important to Him. You do not have to be miserly. You do not have to subject yourself to unnecessary constrain for the sake of optimization. Learn to walk with God. He will guide you. It will be made easy.

Kingdom optimization is not only about material things, it is also about time management. Time wastage is not the kingdom lifestyle. If your life was used wastefully, God can help you to redeem the waste as a result of ignorance and disobedience.

Ephesians 5:15-16 "See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Redeeming the time, because the days are evil."

Wise living is optimal living. Time saving techniques is needed to be employed. In 1 Kings 17 verses 8 to 16, how that by the intervention of the man of God, a widow was supernaturally provided for by the little she had. This case was recorded for us to see how God provides supernaturally by the little the woman had. At the end of the day, the surplus she later had made her and her neighbours to enjoy abundance. There was no waste.

1 Kings 17:16 "And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah."

As you enjoy God's blessings of provision, you might be tempted to see it as a license to waste. Please do not waste the surplus heaven will send your way. Be wise and learn how to optimize. Some will throw away the surplus and even forget the animals around them, including human beings. In the old testament of the Bible, rich famers leave a little of their harvest for the poor to finish the harvest (Ruth 2:2-8). By this way, the rich gave the poor the opportunity to get.

Wastage of time, waste of life, waste of valuables is over for you. Optimization helps to make life better and easier. It helps to channel energy and resources in the right direction. Your life shall glorify God and become a blessing to others.

Pray:

Father, I trust You to help me not to become wasteful. Show me the way to go about it in Jesus name. Amen!
