MIRACLE WORKING GOD

Miracle Working God

Exodus 7:9-10 "When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.

And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent."

It is natural for God to do miracles. It takes faith on our part to receive miracles from Him. Miracles are supernatural occurrences that defy natural laws and principles. When God created this world, it was a miracle. No physical material input was put into play to create this world, God spoke the world into existence. By His word, the world was created. Throughout the Bible, we see the miracle working power of God at work. He demonstrated His miracle working power to men and women who had faith in Him. He demonstrated the miracle working power to men and women as a token of His love. Sometimes the power is demonstrated in the form of judgement i.e. the miracle was unpleasant to men as a form of punishment for disobedience. Miracles do not just happen, they are made to happen. God makes miracles to happen.

We have miracles of healing; miracles of deliverance; miracle of raising the death; miracles of provision; miracles of protection; miracle of salvation; miracles of supernatural success; miracles over nature and many more. What is naturally not possible to happen can be made to happen by the miracle working power of God.

God produces miracles to prove His glory and power so that men and women will return back to Him and do His will. The miracle of the ten pleagues in the book of Exodus is a case at hand of the demonstration of His miracle working power so that His will can be done. He demonstrated His power over nature just to bring Pharaoh on his knees to allow the Israelites to be set free to serve Him (God). God used Moses and Aaron to demonstrate His miracle working power to convince Pharaoh to let them go free.

"When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.

And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent."

Moses and Aaron obeyed God and everything turned out just as God had said. Even with sufficient prove, Pharaoh was obstinate. His sturborness resulted to his demise. There is nothing impossible with God. No matter how down you are, God's power can lift you up. No matter how up there you are, God's power can bring you down if you walk in disobedience.

The term to be met for God to perform His miracle to any man is obedience. Obedience to specific instructions will bring specific results. Jesus performed several miracles and in each case, he followed through on specific principles. No two miracles were exactly alike. When he turned water to wine, he was invited and he commanded the people to fill the jars of wine with water then it turned to wine. At another occasion, he rose Lazarus back to life from the death. In this case, he was invited, he commanded to roll away the stone that covered the tomb of Lazarus, he commanded Lazarus to come out of the grave and Lazarus came out. He commanded again to untie the grave clothe from Lazarus and the people obeyed. Jesus was God's miracle working power personified. In Christ Jesus, the fullness of God was demonstrated.

The Acts 2:22 "Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:.."

Your well deserved miracle will come in Christ Jesus. Will God give you a miracle? Yes He will in Christ Jesus. Will God heal you? Yes He will in Christ Jesus. Will God deliver you from danger? Yes He will in Christ Jesus. Will God provide for you? Yes He will! It is all 'YES!" "YES!" and "YES!" in Christ Jesus. If you will meet the specific condition of repentance and obedience, the miracle is coming your way.

Believe God for the impossible. Stand by faith. God will prove Himself faithful. He is a miracle working God. Nothing is impossible with Him.

Pray:

My Father in heaven, You are a miracle working God. Do Your miracle in my life. I need healing, give me healing, I receive Your healing in Jesus name. I need deliverance, provision, protection and salvation. Give me all these in Jesus name.

Miracle working God, do Your miracle in my life. Teach me Your ways and my life shall demonstrate Your miracle working power. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen!
