What God Has Done In Me

1 John 4:3-4 "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."

When you see things are going in disarray, know that in some way, the devil has a hand in it. Evil spirits are agents of satan and they will not stop until they pull a man down and ravage him with sin, sickness and all kinds of body and heart pain. A lot can be going on in the body and heart of a man that men cannot see. These are the things that God wants to deal with. Nothing you are going through now that God is not aware of. Jesus went through it all and he can confidently say that the devil has nothing in him.

St. John 14:30 'Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me."

The devil can afflict with sickness and disease but nothing of that can be found in Christ. The devil can afflict with nightmares and all kinds of horror but not Christ Jesus. Nothing of the devil can be found in Christ Jesus. Nothing! Absolutely nothing.

"...the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me."

Jesus was so filled with God such that there is no room for the devil. If any man will give room for the devil, definitely he (the devil) will take advantage. God wants to bring me and you to a place where the devil will not have a place in our lives. So what do you and I need to do? We need to be filled with Christ Jesus and not evil and sin.

Every man in the world is subject to the spiritual forces and physical elements all around. The physical elements will tend to want to crush the body while spirits want to control what happens within the man. If the man allows himself to be controlled, he will be reduced to nonentity. Since the devil has nothing in Christ, Christ has worked it out for you and me so we can be free from the hold of the devil.

"And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world..."

These evil spirits will twart your true knowledge of Christ and once they succeed, they can gain access to your life. Once you open the door for them, they will enter and reduce your life to rubble. They know what Christ had done for us and they will not stop until you are either unaware of it or until you have incorrect knowledge of the truth or they will push you away from believing the truth. 

Let Christ Be In You

"...Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."

When Christ is in you, the devil and his agent spirits are pushed out of you. This is freedom. This is victory over darkness. This is the precious gift that Christ wants to give you. Freedom! This is God at work in you. Once God is in you, the devil and his agent spirits stays away. First be of God. Submit, surrender to Him and His will for your life.

"...Ye are of God,.."

Come to Him by Christ Jesus. This is where your victory over darkness is guaranteed. Be of God. True happiness comes by being in Christ. Be of God by the provision God had given in Christ which is still relevant today. By this, you will overcome the devil and his agents.

"...Ye are of God, ...and have overcome them: ..."

They have no power over you because they are replaced by the more powerful one, i.e. Christ!

"...greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."

The greater one lives in you. What will He do in you? He will do a cleanup and refurbishing. You will become a new person. The worries and cares of this world will loose their hold over you. You will see life differently. You will be flooded with peace. If you have demons inflicting you with pain, they will leave. God is working in you.

Revelation 3:20

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

Allow Jesus to come in to you through the power of the Holy Spirit. This is God's provision for your freedom and victory over darkness. God will complete His work in you. There are stories of changed lives by this provision. Your story will be added to the catalog. You will enjoy true freedom.

Pray:

Father, do Your work in me by the provision of Christ Jesus. I ask that Jesus will come into my life and keep darkness far from me. I have the victory in Christ Jesus. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen!
