Giving And Receiving


Day 28:

 

"Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life."

1 Timothy 6:18-19 


You are rich in something. Giving is a sign that your wealth is not in control of your life. Let God be in control.

Why do we all want to be blessed? Why is it that we do not want to be cursed? The blessings brings pleasure while the curse brings displeasure. No one wants to live in displeasure or discomfort. Many people move in the direction of more pleasure. We all want to see better results from the things we do. This is the sign that we all want to be blessed and not cursed. Does Good wants us to be blessed?
