Day 8:

  "And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone."

Matthew 14:23 

Praying together with the crowd has some benefit, it is a level of relationship with God. Much more is having a one on one relationship with God without the crowd. Jesus developed a healthy relationship with God by having a quiet place and time. He succeeded so also will you. Don't be lonely, be alone with God.
